Broker Darryl B. Henderson II is a graduate of University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Management Information Systems. He made a career transition from System Analyst of a Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce to Real Estate Professional of Omni One Realty Group, Prudential, Weichert Realtors and Magnus Realty Group in Orlando, Florida. Darryl’s career is a model for success. German born, Floridian & California raised, Darryl stepped out of 4 years in corporate America to pursue his dream of opening a State of the Art Full Service Real Estate Brokerage in Florida. As a result, Global Enterprise Realty Group was developed.
In 2007, the global economic financial crisis created a downturn in the real estate market. Darryl sought out to reinvent himself with the soul purpose of helping home owners avoid foreclosure. So he started attending short sale seminars which taught him the knowledge he needed to know about processing a short sale. However, due to his own experience he was able to capitalize on the application of the knowledge gained in the classroom. For the past four years Darryl has branded GERG as the short sale guru agency.
GERG has grown by three additional divisions: Property Management, a team of Real Estate Professionals and Global Enterprise Acquisition Group. GERG’s real estate agents handle the buyer’s and seller’s market at every level while Darryl’s focus is on the future of Commercial Sales &
Development and continuing to seed the Property Management Market.
